fa در جستجوی عوامل زمینه‌گرای معماری خانه‌های بافت سنتی دوران قاجار و پهلوی شهر خرم‌آباد (جهت بهبود معماری خانه‌های معاصر شهر خرم‌آباد) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt">بافت‌های کهن، دارای گنجینۀ ارزشمندی هستند که می‌توان با نگرشی نو به احیا و شناخت عوامل مهمی از جمله زمینه‌گرایی در آنها پرداخت و نهایتاً به بازنشاندن مؤلفه‌های معماری گذشته و تلفیق آنها با معماری معاصر دست یافت. روش تحقیق پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-تحلیلی است که برای گردآوری اطلاعات از روش‌های داده‌های کتابخانه‌ای و مطالعات میدانی استفاده شده است. هدف این نوشتار، دست یافتن به مهم‌ترین عوامل زمینه‌گرایی معماری شهر خرم‌آباد و پرداختن به مؤلفه‌های طراحی معماری آنها و ارائه فضاهایی در تطبیق با کالبد زندگی در خانه‌های امروزی است. مسئله اصلی پژوهش حاضر این است که، چگونه می‌توان با توجه به ویژگی‌های معماری و فرهنگی شهر خرم‌آباد و تأثیرات زمینه‌ای آن که در ساخت خانه‌های این شهر تأثیر گذاشته است به بازآفرینی و شناخت ویژگی‌های این شهر در جهت ارائه شاخص‌های مطلوب در معماری خانه‌های معاصر شهر خرم</span></span></span><span cambria="" lang="FA" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt">‌</span></span></span><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt">آباد پرداخت. نتایج نشانگر آن است اصلی‌ترین وجه تمایز خانه‌های تاریخی خرم‌آباد، ارتباط درون فضا با طبیعت، پلان نیمه برونگرای ساختمان‌ها، بدنه‌های همخوان با بناهای مجاور، تکریم فرهنگ به واسطه انجام آیین‌ها و مراسمات در خانه است. این ویژگی‌ها در خانه‌های معاصر به‌طور یکسان تداوم نیافته است. به‌واسطه تغییر الگوی مسکن و کاهش نقش حیاط، ارتباط با طبیعت دستخوش تغییر شده است. به‌واسطه عدم توجه به عرصه‌های خصوصی و حریم خانواده‌ها در خانه‌های امروزی، پلان ساختمان‌های امروزی اهمیت پیشین را ندارند؛ در مورد ویژگی بدنه‌های همخوان با بناهای مجاور، تغییرات غیرقابل برگشتی رخ داده است و در مورد برگزاری آیین‌ها و مراسمات در خانه، از نظر کمی همچنان برقرار است اما از نظر کیفی نیازمند تعریف فضاهای مختص به این آیین‌ها در کالبد فضاهای معاصر است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The historical urban fabric contains a valuable repository of architectural heritage that, through a renewed perspective, allows for the revival and recognition of key elements - such as contextualism - in order to reintegrate traditional architectural components with contemporary design. </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">This study adopts a descriptive-analytical method, utilizing both library research and field studies for data collection.The main objective of this paper is to identify the most significant contextual factors in the architectural identity of Khorramabad and to investigate&nbsp; their design components in order to inform the creation of residential spaces aligned with contemporary living patterns.The core research question is: <i>How can the cultural and architectural characteristics of Khorramabad, and the contextual influences that have historically shaped its housing architecture, guide the revival and development of desirable indicators for contemporary residential architecture in this city?</i>The findings indicate that the primary distinguishing features of Khorramabad&#39;s historic houses include:A strong spatial connection with nature, Semi-introverted building plans, Facades harmonized with adjacent structures, And a deep cultural respect reflected through domestic rituals and ceremonies.These characteristics have not been consistently carried over into contemporary housing. Changes in housing patterns have weakened the role of courtyards, reducing natural connectivity. The lack of attention to private domains and family boundaries has diminished the importance of spatial organization in modern floor plans. Facade harmony with surrounding buildings has undergone irreversible changes.
